Terms & Conditions

 

1.       Prize draw is open to all ACE travel agent members aged 18yrs or over

2.       To enter ACE members must book a 2011 Cruise & Maritime Voyages cruising holiday between 01 – 31 Sept 2011 and e-mail agents@cruiseandmaritime.com with the booking reference and their contact details

3.       All entrants will be entered in to the prize draw and the winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries

4.       A cabin will be allocated at the discretion of Cruise & Maritime Voyages

5.       The prize excludes port parking, coaching, excursions, gift packs, gratuities and onboard expenses

6.       Maximum cruise duration up to 3 nights

7.       Applies to any cruise departing between 03 Dec 2010 – 30 Oct 2011, subject to availability

8.       The winner must confirm the cabin by 30 November 2010

9.       Entries are limited to one per booking

10.   The draw will be made within 5 working days of the closing date and the winner will be notified in writing

11.   No alternative prize is available and the prize in non-transferable. There is no cash equivalent

12.   All entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the prize draw
