Membership

Full membership of ACE is based on the agency not the individual agent. An independent agency (with only one branch) is able to join ACE at a cost of £170+VAT per year. If the agency is a member of a consortia (Advantage, Worldchoice, Global, TTA, Midconsort Membership) a discount of 10% to the membership fee will apply.

An agency with more than one branch is invited to join the 'Satellite' membership scheme, this would then enable all staff to have access to the ACE membership benefits including the online training, an additional advantage to this membership is the fee structure, the main branch would be charged at the standard rate as detailed above and any subsequent branch would pay the discounted fee of £70+VAT per year per additional branch +£30 joining fee.

ACE Shop Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 2-7 days if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are “Out of Stock” we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again.

If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you.

ACE Shop and Membership Cancellation

You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see return policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Should you wish to cancel your ACE membership at any point during the pre-paid 12 months registration then no refunds are applicable.

ACE Shop Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund less of any postage costs.

Ship Visits

Confirmation and joining instructions for ship visits will be sent out between one and two weeks prior to the event. Places are subject to cancellation or change by the cruise line. Agent cancellations or name changes must be in writing and sent to reach us 14 days prior to the visit – after this cancellations or name changes are charged at £25pp, or £40pp for a cancellation on the day of the visit including no shows. Your registration includes your agreement to these terms. Your membership must be fully up-to-date at the time of the visit for your acceptance on ACE events.

Learning at Sea

Confirmation and joining instructions for Learning at Sea will be sent out between two and four weeks prior to the event. Places are subject to cancellation or change by the cruise line host. Agent cancellations or name changes are not allowed, cancellations or name changes are charged between £150.00 pp - £300.00pp depending on the cruise line, including no shows. Your registration includes your agreement to these terms. Your membership must be fully up-to-date at the time of the visit for your acceptance on ACE events.

ACE Cruise Expos & Other Training Events

Confirmation and joining instructions for Expo's will be sent out approximately two weeks prior to the event. Cancellations or name changes must be in writing and sent to reach us 14 days prior to the event – after this cancellations or name changes are charged at £25pp, or £40pp for a cancellation on the day of the event, including no shows. Your registration includes your agreement to these terms.
