We understand that the time you have available for training may be tight, and that you cannot commit all of your busy week to training, and so all ACE online courses are split into easy bite size chunks, and we pack them full of information you can use as soon as you switch off your computer. Then once you switch us on again, you can start right back where you left off.

We have a comprehensive range of online training courses, a reflection of the sheer diversity of cruise lines, ships, experiences and destinations that are available to choose from.

This includes our unique destination training, many courses under the heading Understanding Cruise which covers the essentials of cruising from brochures to deck plans and health and safety to activities at sea, Elite Bite Size and plenty of cruise line product training courses in one easy to use section.

Of course learning should not be restricted to these specific courses, so we have added a whole range of podcasts, travel blogs, videos and agent ship reviews too.

Bringing cruising to life is also key to ACE, and so we offer all members the widest range of ship visits in the UK, covering most UK ports and dates throughout the year, this is your chance to explore, investigate, compare and contrast. And with new ships being launched every year, keeping up to date is essential.

Our Learning at Sea* events combine the best of both worlds, ACE training combined with the chance to enjoy a mini-cruise and all of the facilities, experiences and destinations that this brings.

Now in its third year, this is the ultimate destination for anyone serious about cruise.*

Recognition from the industry is vital. This is why ACE manages the only official accreditation scheme in Europe. The scheme is based on achieving a minimum level of points through ACE learning, cruise line training, ship visits, your cruise holidays and any ACE events attended. Our minimum standard is to become an ACE accredited cruise expert.

Our ultimate accolade is ACE Ambassador – the top agents who have achieved the highest level of learning and understanding. This is still an elite club, with just over 200 Ambassadors in the UK and Europe.

Driving new business to our ACE travel agent members is an essential part of what we do. Consumer visitors to the ACE website can search for their local ACE agent by county, with accredited agents and ACE Ambassadors listed first alphabetically.

In addition ACE works with the Passenger Shipping Association (our sister organisation) so that whenever talking to national press and journalists, ACE travel agent members are always the recommended booking route for customers looking for the best advice.

The biggest single cruise promotion in the UK each year, National Cruise Week is a focus for our PR activity where we work with our travel agent members and cruise line members to raise the profile of cruising and help increase those all important bookings.
